McCain’s onion ring beer batter with real American Pale Ale gives our onion rings a light, crispy, and airy texture that’s hard to beat. The carbonation in the beer creates little bubbles in the batter, which helps it puff up and cook into a delicate, golden crust without getting greasy. The beer also adds a subtle, malty flavor which complements the sweetness of the onion. The beer is also cooked off making these onion rings non-alcoholic and consumable for all.
