Ingredients
- 1 bag McCain Smiles (22 oz)
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- ¾ cup canned pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup confectioners sugar
- 1 ½ cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
How to make it
- Place cream cheese, vanilla extract, pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and confectioners sugar in a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Use the whisk attachment and beat for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and whisk until smooth and fluffy, another 2 minutes.
- Fold in whipped topping then transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F. Add Smiles in a single layer to the air fryer, working in batches if needed, and cook until golden brown, 7 to 9 minutes.
- Transfer Smiles to a medium bowl. Add the cinnamon sugar and toss to coat. Move to a platter or board and add pumpkin cheesecake dip.
