Dan is sharing his show-stopping loaded fries appetizer. Crisp McCain Quick Cook Waffle Fries are tossed in a fragrant blend of sage, rosemary, and thyme, then layered with creamy brie cheese and baked until irresistibly melty. The finishing touch? Two festive dipping sauces—one blending sweet-tart cranberry sauce with ketchup, and another combining silky turkey gravy and rich mayonnaise. Each bite captures the essence of Thanksgiving, elevated by bold herbs and decadent cheese. Perfect for sharing, this recipe transforms extra ingredients into a warm, inviting dish that brings everyone back together for another taste of the holiday. Serve as a creative starter, indulgent snack, or the centerpiece of your next seasonal gathering.
