Ingredients
- 1 bag McCain® Sweet Potato Crinkle Fries
- 4 tablespoons melted butter, divided
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Maple Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Small splash of milk (to thin)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
How to make it
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Add the frozen McCain® Sweet Potato Crinkle Fries to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with 2–3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar, tossing to coat. Transfer the coated frozen fries to a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Air-fry or bake according to package directions until crisp and golden.
- Add the hot fries back into the bowl. Pour over the remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter and toss with the rest of the cinnamon sugar until every fry is coated like a little donut stick.
- Make the maple dipping sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and a splash of milk. Add milk until smooth, glossy, and pourable.
- Pile onto a platter and serve with the maple dipping sauce for dipping or drizzle over the top.
