Amy is sharing her unforgettable Friesgiving Sweet Potato Casserole Fries, a fun twist on the holiday classic with loaded fries! This recipe brings big flavor and festive fun to the table. McCain Sweet Potato Crinkle Fries are air-fried until perfectly crisp and golden, laying the foundation for a crave-worthy main dish that’s both sweet and savory. The fries are layered with a gourmet crumble of toasted pecans, a touch of brown sugar, and fragrant fresh sage, then crowned with a generous blanket of gooey mini marshmallows. A final drizzle of warm marshmallow topping melts over the fries, creating irresistible pools of sweetness that contrast beautifully with the crunchy nuts and herby finish. Every bite is a tribute to classic Thanksgiving flavors, reimagined as a playful, shareable creation destined to go viral at your next gathering. Serve piping hot straight from the air fryer, and watch your guests come back for seconds, because at Friesgiving, the fries really are the main event.
“For me, Friesgiving is the best kind of celebration—low effort, high reward. Loaded fries are the hero of the table: easy, delicious, and meant to be shared”
Air fry for 9–13 minutes (refer to your bag for exact timing), shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and perfectly crisp. Work in batches if necessary.
Immediately transfer the hot, crispy fries to an oven-safe plate or aluminum foil large enough to fit in your air fryer basket.
Generously sprinkle the fries with the brown sugar, chopped fresh sage, and chopped pecans.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the top of the fries.
Return the plate/foil to the air fryer (or oven if baking).
Air fry for an additional 3–5 minutes, watching closely until the marshmallows are golden brown and gooey.
Carefully remove the fries. Warm your marshmallow drizzle slightly to make it easy to pour.
Drizzle the warm marshmallow topping liberally over the toasted marshmallows and fries.
Serve your Friesgiving masterpiece immediately while the fries are piping hot!
