Ingredients

For the Dip:

  • 6 oz feta cheese (block in brine, drained)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (parsley, chives, dill, tarragon)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to make it

  1. Cook McCain Craft Beer Battered Fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy. 
  2. In a food processor, combine feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, lemon zest, and herbs.
  3. Blend until smooth and whipped.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  5. Spoon dip onto a serving plate and finish with chopped chives. 
  6. Serve with McCain Craft Beer Battered Fries and fresh vegetables for dipping.
