Ingredients
- 1 bag McCain Beer Battered Fries
- 1 cup Mediterranean style hummus
- ½ cup tzatziki or labneh
- ½ cup olives (Castelvetrano or mixed)
- ½ cup cornichons
- ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 cup cucumber spears
- cherry tomatoes on the vine
- 1 cup pepperoncini
- 4 soft boiled eggs, halved
- 4-6 oz prosciutto
- crumbled feta cheese, for garnish
- fresh dill, for garnish
- red pepper flakes, for garnish
- flaky sea salt, for garnish
How to make it
- Preheat oven and cook McCain Craft Beer Battered Fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.
- While fries cook, prepare dips and slice cucumbers and eggs.
- Transfer hot fries to a large serving board as the centerpiece.
- Arrange dips in small bowls around the fries.
- Add olives, pickles, cucumbers, eggs, and prosciutto and all other ingredients around the board.
- Lightly garnish fries and dips with feta, fresh dill, and red pepper flakes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy while fries are hot and crispy.
